ONLINE COURSES WILL RESUME IN OCTOBER 2024
The course is an exciting journey into wine sensations and aromas: where they come from, in which part of the vinification process they are formed, how they interact with each other and how they develop and evolve with aging and maturation. All winemaking phases will be analysed, revealing the important role each has in creating the various sensations and aromas a glass of wine can produce.
During each live interactive lecture, conducted by the wine expert Federica Zanghirella, UK Sommelier Association Vice President, you will be guided through a tutored tasting of 3 wines (9 in total) with different characteristics. The training will teach you how to recognise and describe the range of perceived flavours, aromas and general characteristics of a wine.
