Loris Propedo

Loris is currently Head Sommelier of Locanda Locatelli, one of the pillars of fine Italian cuisine in London.

Having been with Giorgio Locatelli since 2003, Loris knows Italian wines like no other, they hold no secrets to him. Adding to his expertise is his excellence in sommelier skills, making him an ambassador for sommelierie and Italian wines.

When he's not storytelling about a particular vineyard and their wine from the rolling hills of Tuscany to his appreciative clientele, Loris is forever passing on his passion for wines to his staff, where he is viewed as a teacher extraordinaire.
