Jonathan Fillion
Jonathan is currently and on trade sales manager, Head Sommelier and Private Client consultant.
Being a passionate Frenchman, his lectures are always engaging and full of vibrancy. This arises from his extraordinary career as a Sommelier at Murano by Angela Hartnett, Berners Tavern by Jason Atherton and finally Head Sommelier at Clos Maggiore.
Jonathan also competed in 'The Best Sommelier in the World 2013', where he was an exceptional runner up to our other lecturer Luca Martini.
